Good Ole Boy helped a lot, players absolutely loved him.

Couldn't agree more! But sadly, I'm pretty certain Slinger has hung it up for good.

Let that man retire. He earned it.

Hahaha right on, thanks! Came over to this board (from an old LSU board) during the Nick Saban days. Good times

Wouldn’t mind him is an analyst role but not an on field coach

Seeing Jenkins down there made me nervous. He looked frail. One sideline play with him hit could result in a wheelchair for life.

He's tired of babysitting. Don't blame him.

i’m a pretty seasoned veteran, but I’m actually curious to hear more about the old LSU board. What was the name?

Thanks to Ensminger for his contribution in 2019 but I’d be fine with never seeing another “good ole boy” involved with LSU football again in my lifetime

He is 65. Let the man enjoy retirement. He more than deserves it for all he did for LSU.
