Sorry, haven't been watching NCAAB for a few years. Is Lloreda still with the team?

LSU is the 1935 National Champions. That's all you need to know to get caught up to date.

Its sad I don't know who the coaches are for Old Dominion or St. John's but I still know they're better than Johnny Jones.

And obviously the other teams have elite or very good coaches.

We're going to get destroyed in every game we play. How sad of a state our program is in that we all know we're going to suck, even with decent talent.

Amazing how a coach who is not any good at coaching took LSU to the NCAA tournament, has a winning season in every year he has been at LSU, has averaged 20 wins a year and finished third in the SEC in each of the last two years.

Amazing.

It can be attributed to his solid recruiting (which has slowed down) and the fact the SEC is a terrible basketball conference.

He is a terrible coach. Period.

What's even more amazing is having a generational talent #1 NBA draft pick, surrounded by other top 5 star talent, depth for the first time in years especially at the guard spots, preseason ranked top 20, and completely miss the post-season.

Talk about truly amazing. What a feat.

I copied it straight from ESPN, who apparently doesn't know how to set up a bracket.

That makes more sense. No way they weren't going for a Louisville/Michigan State championship.

You should watch more basketball, man. St John's was a disgrace last year- one of the 5 worst teams in a power conference.

Wichita State will obviously have a MASSIVE coaching advantage, but they are replacing their 3 biggest contributors by MPG from last season, including 2 program legends. We'll have a shot.

All I can say is LSU's Marketing Department has their work cut out for them promoting men's basketball this upcoming season. I would be very surprised if average attendance doesn't hit record lows. That fiasco last year has set this program back into the dark ages.

Johnny Jones was the only coach who could keep last year's LSU team OUT of the NCAAT. Only team in the (coach's) preseason top 25 to NOT make the NCAAT.

Are you actually serious right now? No way this has to be a joke or sarcasm or something like that right?
