Being real, we MUST have a strong game behind the plate. I like Gilbert, but he isn't Lange. They are going to hit him and whoever else we throw (other than psychopath). That oriental guy and Madrigal are studs and will get theirs. Kramer and 2-5 Will have to return to late season form. To win, we are going to have to put up a big number...and against their aces, that is a daunting task. If Kramer goes 0-5 today, I think we get smoked. It ain't happening. frick it....Tigers win 11-9.

I think it'll take at least 7 runs. This won't be a 3-2 game

Their starter sounds like a guy Lsu can hit. Big arm, live fastball, and more traditional breaking stuff. The guys Lsu seems to struggle with are crafty soft throwers with a ton of junk pitches.

Watson is 8 of 16 in the CWS FWIW.

Hot take right here. Way to really stick your neck out there with that fact.

I'm encouraged by the fact LSU is in this thing without their top guys hitting. Baseball is a funny sport and the law of averages eventually wins. Hopefully it is today and the top two, which is the real and true problem, get on base. Duplantis, Deichmann, and Watson have been good enough just wish people were on base for them.

LSU doesnt need 11 runs, but might need 6 or so. Also, who says Oriental guy?

LSU-OSU games end with digits 1 and 3 (13-1, 3-1), so it's going to be 11-3 LSU today. Geaux Tigers !!!

I would rather Kramer go 0-5 today out of the 9 hole than to keep seeing that out of the lead off spot.

ETA: I think he'st trying to do too much. Just get on base. Let the guys behind you handle the big hits
