This thread has gone over a cliff. Beatles just doesn't understand that we wanted what's best for LSU, not what's best for John Brady or Smoke Laval- and that meant coaching changes. We as lsu fans are committed to the school, not the coach.
I suggest you follow arkansas state from now on and live a happy life knowing your best friend Brady is your coach.

. Thinks what's best for LSU is firing a coach everytime something doesn't go your way. The fact that the players Brady had already assembled won the SEC the year after he was fired shows you don't know anything, much less what is best for LSU.

Wasn't the same team. Brady had already won two SEC titles and gone to the Final Four. That argument would be stupid even if it was true.

Where is the accountability anymore? The HEAD COACH is responsible for the basketball program. I dont give a shite about why this happened or why that happened. It was HIS fault! LSU gave his arse almost 11 years to get a consistent winner out of him and he failed to do it.

players leave early and get hurt all the time in every sport, thats not an excuse for failure.
Look at what Mainieri lost to the MLB draft this year, is he using that as an excuse? NO, he went out and got guys to replace them.

Welcome to college head coaching. You win games on a CONSISTENT basis, you stay. You don't and you go to Arkansas State.
Also, what do you think happened to LSU when they arrived in Indy back in '06 for the Final 4? Laying that egg ALMOST eradicated all the fun of the previous 4 games of the tourney.
