here is the real deal. I just went through all of this last month. If you have a kid 3 or under, YOU DO NOT NEED A TICKET. If you have a kid that is 20, but looks like he is 3 or under they will not screw with you. They put a wrist band on you and if it is tampered with they will not let you back up. It's all real simple!!!!!
