I'm excited to watch him this year. His veteran bat will be huge in this lineup imo

Bingham and Braswell have been pretty steady at the plate in intrasquad play from what I have seen.

I think they are going to come up big offensively and both are excellent defenders as well. Need these two guys to stay healthy and in the starting lineup to be the best team we can be this season.

Bingham, Milam, Frey and Neal have hit well this spring.

For sure. I also have liked what Travinski's done. He will be a huge part of our lineup in protecting Tanks.

I'm sort of bummed about Jump's status right now. Definitely could be worse, but not ideal with the season just a few days away.

I watched an interview of Jay on Mik'd up YouTube page from Friday pre-practice. He was asked about Neal and Jump and didn't mention anything.

In fact I think he said something along the lines of "Gage has no arm issues" but completely avoided talking about any other injuries that he could be nursing.

Young cats are raking. I see why Jay has been so pumped about this class.

Bingham is a grad student transfer. Solid player and leader of the outfield.

But yes some of the freshman are showing out. Milam's defense and bat has him working his way into some early playing time IMO. And Brown's athleticism will likely have him starting opening day.

Jay has shoved Milam in from the very beginning. He's a well journeyed young player. I feel he was a bit overconfident during the fall, tried to overdo everything. He's much more settled in the spring. Nippolt may be your first guy up in the infield rotation, but I wouldn't be surprised to see Milam alot especially since he can hit RH. Pearson and Nippolt are LHH.

Wasn’t his playing time the subject of one of ell and Adam’s cat fights? That will be interesting to follow.
