Baseball portal question- who will we get this offseason?

As I understand it, the portal for baseball opens May 30, so a week from today.
Needs definitely include pitchers, and I'd assume upgrades at any position. Probably a SS and a CF to watch for.
So, who was that Iowa pitcher that shut LSU down early this season? I seem to remember hearing he was a stud... Iowa with a good season is a 3 seed, with no hope of hosting a regional. He could hang out there, or like Skenes did, come here and become the centerpiece for a national contender. We return White, so you know there will be a lot of offense to work with.
Who's good, and stuck at a lower level program that we can snatch?

we don’t need a cf. that’ll be klings job to lose. depending on the coaching changes at alabama and georgia wouldn’t mind plucking some of their pitchers or the freshman at georgia with 25 homers

McNeese has an ace that put up really really good numbers. I'm not sure about his eligibility though.

That would be a tommy White dream scenario.
I'm hoping that the success of white and Skenes makes LSU the prime transfer destination for both pitchers and position players.

We don’t need to take flyers on people. We need proven pitchers. We already have dudes that can throw hard but lack control.
