It's actually worse than yall are thinking. The freshman that grounded into the double play is the same guy that he replaced Sciambra with for no damn reason

Sorry guys I wrote that w4ong. We have Direct TV for television but they sublet Internet to a goofy company called Exede, which is our Internet provider. Exede is not on "the list"

this is just a gut feeling, but i kind of see it both ways here.
i agree if down 1 run you absolutely bunt with no outs to get a guy into scoring position.
i am not sure if i want to give any outs down by 2 though, but it was a successful bunt and we had two batters to try to get one base hit.. decent position to be in.. but i guess not good enough tonight. fraley just missed the game winner.

At the post game conference, Maneiri will be asked about his coaching decisions especially about the no bunt in the 11th inning. Maneiri will give some bullshite coach speak.
But the media NEVER challenges his response. I would love it if the media said you did not bunt in the same situation a couple of weeks ago and it did not work for you then. At least let the batter try a couple of times to get the bunt down...I don't care if he is a bad bunter. He might get one down. Or use a pinch hitter that has a better chance!
Runner on 2nd with no outs in a tie game in the bottom of 9th or extra innings....bunt him over! It is the simplest decision you ever have to make in a baseball game!
