We got spoiled by Bertman. Had such a knack for when to pull a pitcher at exactly the right time. Sad thing is, we see it, announcers see it, everybody but PM sees when "it's time"

Smart coach's warm up a lefty and a righty at the same time. Smart coach's also don't wait until trouble happens late in the game before warming a pitcher up.
