Bama's logic is the better team doesn't always win.

Bama logic- we are always the better team. Occasionally someone gets lucky & has more points than us when time expires. But we are still the better team! And that's not up for discussion.

Every team they have played except Ole Miss. They had five turnovers in that game and it took a miracle by Ole Miss to barely hold on and win.

I think LSU is better this year but if you don't think Alabama is a good team then you are an idiot. If LSU had five turnovers against Syracuse or Florida nobody besides LSU and Bama fans would even care about this game.

Alabama out-gained OM 503 to 433 and held a time of possession advantage of 35 to 25 minutes.

Bama logic counts missed field goals as made. So, by Bama logic, they lost to Tennessee last week (TN missed three field goals).

Only way bama loses is if they beat themselves. Nobody can actually beat bama.

These are gump retard facts.

The saying is stats don't lie...but also second part that is left out a lot with that saying is...stats don't always tell the whole story...

Ole Miss Scoring Drives...

4 plays 2 yards 0:38 off the clock FG
6 plays 26 yards 2:28 off the clock TD
3 plays 18 yards 0:47 off the clock TD
5 plays 87 yards 2:07 off the clock TD
9 plays 49 yards 2:06 off the clock FG
7 plays 51 yards 2:53 off the clock FG
2 plays 82 yards 0:45 off the clock TD
2 plays 31 yards 0:55 off the clock TD

Ole Miss scoring drives never went over 3 minutes even the 2 80+ yard ones...and they didn't have to drive long distances with Bama turning the ball over...

Yeah Bama turn the ball over 5 times but Ole Miss was making plays that game forcing those turnovers...

Stats don't lie, but they don't tell the whole story either...got to dig deeper...

Time of possession is completely meaningless in most games

46 yards and 17 points. I don't think LSU will be that lucky.

Ole Miss barely hung on to win that game after being handed gift after gift. A person cannot look at Bama's schedule and determine that they are not a good team.

Ok... So Bama turned over the ball five times...but Ole Miss took advantage of those turnovers. Ole Miss also scored on two 80+ yard drives. It works both ways...

Ole Miss actually scored all 43 of their points in just over 13 minutes...their inability to run the ball (92 yards) and stop the run (215) almost cost them this game...Bama only ran in 10 more times than Ole Miss for the entire game...

Yes the 5 TOs were the difference. Doesn't mean anything for LSU's next game. I like LSU's chances.
