Thats a great read! Just don't read the comments from all the butthurt Bama homers. Boy are they some supremely cocky sob's. Makes me wish we really could slobber knock them on Nov 3rd, I hope our players see comments like that to fire them up before the game on 11/3.

Scarbinsky writes for the Birmingham News. He is NOT a "bammer" writer by any stretch.
He is however quite the supporter of the Aubies and for several years their beat writer. He is now a columnist and is known for his inspirational fambly articles and comparing any and everything to Alabama when it comes to AU.

OK. SO a Bama sports writer is not a Bammer sports writer.
Often one uses the term "Bama" when speaking of the football team of the University of Alabama. So when I read your post it seemed to imply at least a "Bama" beat writer and not a columnist fron the B'ham news.
I would still take any thing Tiger Scarbinsky writes with a grain of salt. JMO.

This is a well written article. He doesn't flame one team or the other.
Something other writers or hosts seem to have a problem of doing. Paul Finebaum comes to mind.

I think he is the subtlest of trolls and uses any and all tools including taking the time to go through games/stats/plays, cherry pick them and then post an illogical inference in a blunt fashion that would get under most rational folks' skins.
