This is nonsense. Have you ever heard a team play perfectly and lose? It is always either mental, turnovers, lack of execution, or lack of focus. How else a team is supposed to lose? Didn't LSU lose to Bama at home because Lee threw an interception in overtime?

I'm looking forward to the game being over with and it will stop all these shitty posts.

Not saying either of your posts are shitty or this thread, I'm just tired of the thread and the non stop "NO IM BETTER, NO I AM!

Maze says...

quote:

“We have a second chance at a team that beat us in the regular season. Now it’s just about restoring order.”

After Maze blew Wing's monster punt (you know, the one that hit the camera wires), he starts limping toward his sideline like his damn leg has been shark-bit and infected with gangrene.

Then, we see him back on the field with their offense, running plays at full speed with no limp whatsoever.

Moral of the story... only pussies make up BS excuses when they make a mistake... but it takes a SUPER-PUSSY to make up two different excuses for the same mistake.

Maze = SuperPussy

I guess whatever he needs to tell himself to think that they should have won.

What pisses me off the most is hearing about how they're the better team because if they hadn't missed 4 field goals they would have won, as if field goals should be automatic. The fact of the matter is that field goals are not automatic, especially in college, and if you have a shitty kicker you are inevitably going to lose some close games. When teams like LSU and Alabama play each other, they need to be good in not only offense and defense, but special teams too, and I think people tend to greatly overlook this. In my opinion, LSU and Bama are more or less equal on offense and defense, but Bama's special teams is not even close to being on the same level as LSU's, and when you go 2 for 6 on field goals, it means that that part of your team is not good, bottom line. That is why they lost, and that is why LSU is a better, more complete team.

I'm telling you, this game is so similar to UGA 2003 SEC Championship! That's what was so beautiful about it. I pray that this game is the exact same. If LSU goes up big on them, they couldn't score enough points for me to be satisfied.

“That (trick play that led to INT) wasn’t a part of our game,” Maze said. “That’s where we made our mistakes. It wasn’t us.”

This makes no sense on three or four different levels.

If you continue to tell yourself a lie pretty soon you actually believe it.

Look at the number national titles they claim.

It’s laughable

Man, they are really hung up on that "restoring order" mantra, eh?

I hope we humiliate them.

That speaks volumes. So, LSU took you out of your normal gameplan and made you do things you don't normally do? Very telling and it is the reason LSU wins by 2 TD's on Monday.

University of Alabama practice was suspended for 2 hrs today when a player discovered an unknown white substance on the field. Maze will blame the MercedesBenz logo hanging from the ceiling this time. He kept seeing too much bling in his eyes.

Gotta love that. I guess in Alabama spending 1 drive inside the 20 is equal to five or six drives. Where does the red-zone start in Alabama?
