Why did the SEC officials not cause a 10 second run off after the delay of the game penalty?

Is there not an automatic 10 second run off on offensive penalties with under 2 minutes to play?

Has it been eliminated?

The clock was already stopped. There's only a 10 second runoff if the clock is still running. I'm not sure if that applies to all offensive penalties though.

The whole point of it is to not allow teams to stop the clock by doing a penalty on purpose. So it wouldn't make sense in that situation anyway.
