OK OK... Maybe it is the trashy side of me coming out, but I am sick of all the trash-talk I get when I wear my LSU stuff. Maybe I will just stick with the shirt that says "LSU women don't date Alabama fans. Also, I was actually considering it as a "Santa" present to my uber-obnoxious Bammer father-in-law.

Holier than thou - its just plain ignorant. But i digress - I am quite sure you have a "I'm with stupid finger pointing" shirt on the floor of the doublewide, even as we speak.

I'm probably old-fashioned but I don’t wear anything derogatory about another school or team. Several reasons...
1. I love LSU and I hate to see ugly things written or said about them. Therefore, I apply that principal when considering other schools.
2. I felt really sorry for an old guy (ND fan) sitting next to me at the LSU-ND game a couple of years ago. An LSU fan had a T-shirt which was really out of line; something nasty re. their icon "Rudy". Well, apparently (and I heard this from my wife, so who knows if her data was good), this guy knew Rudy. I didn’t realize Rudy was a real person. I thought it was factitious. Long story short: this guy was very upset. I felt badly for him.
3. To dispel a widely-held belief that most of our fans are obnoxious, I go out of my way to be polite to other fans. I think LSU has great and very classy fans. As good as our teams have been and are, why would we behave any differently?

Wow Templar....after browsing some of your posts, it seems that your fowl negative attitude reflects more poorly upon LSU than any saying on a shirt ever could.
