About to sweep Ole Piss (like everyone does) but playing well lately (10-4 in the last month) and up to #23 in the RPI. Series loss sucked, especially considering the way we played, but no shame in it. They will be a #2 seed no one wants.

Definitely on the uptick. A little reminiscent of Ole Miss last year. Getting hot at the right time. Good team to put your money on going forward.

Lmao Auburn is good, they were in Omaha last year and have been hitting the ball real well all season.

They are a solid hitting team with 6 guys over .300 I believe. They’ve also made it to Omaha in 2 of the last 3 seasons. You don’t do that by being mediocre.

Auburn with 17 wins will probably get to host a regional honestly

Auburn and Tennessee seem to be playing well.

They remind me a ton of Ole Miss last year. Wouldn't be a bad play to put $150 or so on them considering their odds to win it all.

They are good and Butch catches a lot of crap but he’s a really good game manager

I said this last weekend while they were beating LSU in game 2 and the negative responses were unrelenting.

To be fair, we didn't play well last weekend. But Auburn was able to take advantage of that, and it looks they're coming on strong. Good chance they'll mess up someone's regional.

And had no Crews been in a series shite hole slump it would’ve been at least a series win on the road there.

Tn is also a team that could make a run.

The postseason is such a crapshoot. You put yourself in the best position you can, which we have for a top 8 seed, then see what happens.

I think they’re similar to Tennessee this year in that they lost some key pieces from last year that they replaced via the portal, and they’re just now playing to their potential. Thompson is a good coach and Auburn will likely be a thorn in our side as long as he’s there

Dollander in a tournament with that strike zone expanding is going to be tough. Tenn may be a team to contend with for sure.

Yes Auburn is good, but we also left 29 runners on base in that series…

Is Gabe Gross a better hitting coach than Jay Johnson? As someone mentioned this is his 4th season and they have been to Omaha the last 2/3. I don’t think it is a coincidence.

Is he the next coach at Bama? I would think not considering him being a legend there and family history with the school but this guy has to be considered somewhere as HC.

Yea we get auburn in Omaha and we pushigg by their shite in.

Those umps aren’t likely to be fooled by Butch and allow him to run all over them.

Plus Crews won’t be slumping
