It's not nice to stick it to the fans, particularly when your football programs are on the downslope. Witness what has happened in Michigan and now in Texas.

The move in Texas just means that Charlie Strong's days are numbered. It's a calculated move. New AD = New HC

LSU's athletic program and Alleva are shitting on Texas and Patterson right now

We all know you're implying that Alleva is guiding LSU in a downward slope, but that notion is really stupid.

Man..I really hope Texas or Michigan don't take a run at Vice Chancellor Alleva!

Should we be worried?

Penn State and Tennessee have tried.

Alleva is a solid AD

Tennessee and Penn State were interested in him, two 100 million dollar athletic programs. I wouldn't blame Alleva leaving with our stupid fan base that eats each other alive, combined with our inept state government.

They'd much rather have Radakovich, who left Georgia Tech bankrupt and in sanctions. He's just an "LSU guy" that would never dare raise prices

I watched Charlie on the sidelines during the Notre Dame game. He appeared to be lost in a fog.

Maybe they want CLM. He's still a top 5 coach isn't he? I don't think Alleva would put up a fight

Doesn't that mean he can at least transfer without sitting out a year if so ?
