At catcher. The current player is not getting it done.

I'm pretty sure Pap has gone from .330 now to .210
His bat is trending down once again. It's been the same story for 3 straight years. He has not been consistent at the plate at all

I don't know why anyone would disagree...

#2's bat is pathetic. What more does he bring behind the plate than Romero????

I'm telling y'all Pap is catching when Lange pitches the rest of the year. Lange trusts him and has a huge say in who his starting catcher is.

It's depressing to lose all hope when he steps to the plate....

He isn't in the lineup to hit. Pitchers are comfortable throwing to him and over his career he has been one of the better defensive catchers in the conference.

what? Are you not supposed to let the pitcher get you in a 0-2 count every single at bat?

Bumpity bump. I think Coach Gibbs deserves alot of the credit in turning Pap around. Just goes to show you baseball is a long season and you can't lose faith in a guy you have faith in when it gets a little rough.

Yeah hold on, pap was batting like below .190 and pretty much everyone agreed he needed to sit. He got benched for Coomes or Romero can't remember and they weren't as good as him on defense. What a shitty bump

Yea, I think everyone is glad that Pap turned it around, but I don't think anyone saw it coming. I mean, he couldn't even hit .200 for a while
