At the end of the day 94 is to many to win and 83 should be enough to win.

This team still has defensive issues. S.C. scored on six straight trips down the floor. That what caused the separation. S.C. played better defense turning us over.

We will never be the team we want to be without playing strong defense. Defense wins championships, offense sells tickets. I've yet to see a strong defensive team from Jones. Which is surprising, Brown strength was defense. It's why he made two final fours and a final 8 without much n.b.a. talent on those teams.

It'd be nice if we had more than 1.5 halfway competent post players and could make free throws.

Agree with lsu2006.

Our "bigs" are playing out of position. Victor is more 4 than 5. Simmons is more 3 than 4. We have no center this year.

Simmons at 3 and Victor at 4 and with one of the last two centers we had and it's really not close in most games.

I don't blame Mickey for leaving and it worked out for him in the long run and glad for him but if he was on this team they would be a top five team.
