I'm no fan of how this went down but it hadn't occurred to me what an advantage it is to know your personnel so well in advance. By starting so early in the year, the coaching staff has had plenty of time to know what the needs are and who they want to target. The recruiting pitch has had time to be honed. I really think O prepared as if he were going to be running the show the whole time. I wish him nothing but the best.
