There is always room for improvement.

he has all the intangibles he just needs to put it all together.

If not McMillan and Etling are more than capable of throwing Vert routes.

There are no other options at QB.

The whole miles debacle takes the spotlight of the fact that Harris is incapable of reading a defense or making an accurate throw.

He played tight last night. We've seen him play much better this season

yeah but Patterson recognized the offense sucked and hired coordinators and let them run it completely.

also, I am not impressed with Harris as a runner whatsoever.. Boykin is an incredible athlete.

Go get a five-star, "non-mobile" QB.

The problem isn't Harris. The problem isn't Jennings. You can't replace a poorly trained dog with another poorly trained dog and expect a better outcome.

It might just help if he didn't have to start most of his passes by turning his back on the defense.

How about we try some different things to make him comfortable and confident?

The sad thing is that it was only his 3rd worst outing of the year.

This. Our coaches put so much pressure on the passing game by not letting them get many reps at all until we play teams where we need it to win. We need to be balanced in every game from the start of the season regardless of who the opponent is.

We've only had 1 QB in the last five that we haven't said the same thing about for most of their time at LSU - Mett. And some people said that about him too during his 1st year as a starter.

Harris has all the tools to be a good QB, he just needs DEVELOPMENT which we sorely lack. The kid is just a true sophomore. All the retards who wanted Jennings in last night obviously dont remember last year.

Harris is by far the best QB on this team this year and will be again next year. We just need to have a creative offense and good coach around him to teach him to settle down and make the simple throws. This is the biggest thing he lacks is the ability to hit the easy throws to open everything else up. He gets too rattled/jacked up and starts sailing everything. If we didnt have such an inane passing attack where we throw it deep EVERY OTHER throw this offense could be so much better.

What? Says who? McMillan wasnt even the full time QB for his HS team. He's an Anthony Jennings clone.

The flea flicker had no one within two yards, he was looking at a receiver with 5-10 yards clear. What was the result?

His decisions when running the triple option are terrible.

He had two checks, primary receiver then dump off guy.
