The way this man has handled the situation is so good. I wish I could see more people like him (personally) in coaching.

You will not find many people in Tiger Nation who do not agree with you. Dude is a stand up individual. That is why we have stayed with him so long. We genuinely like him. However, job security at my work has nothing to do with being likable. It has to do with performance. And direction.
