Zatarain's jambalaya? Oh well, these yankees up here won't know the difference. Most up here think that Jambalaya is some kind of sauce-based dish poured over white rice.

very cool....payback isn't always hell. a lot of folks from all over stepped up after Katrina/Rita. it's good to see we were able to show our appreciation. well done Zat's.

that they probably pay 35 bucks a bowl for and its called authenic cajun cooking

I was up there last week. We delivered 2000 cases of bottled water to the nice folks on Rockaway Beach and Staten Island. We may go back up and help with construction in a few weeks/months. They were so happy to discover that I was from N.O.

don't know if you saw that the LA State Police sent 25 troopers to New Jersey to help their State Police...

that's a great story. and i would much rather live in new york than tejas. and anybody that thinks the food in new york is bad hasn't been there; overall best restraunts in the country. not creole, but just about everything else.
