The choices couldn't be much worse. We have to choose between Bama and UF, then turn around and choose between the winner and Texas. I'm still holding out hope that Texas loses the big12 cg and TCU or Cinci beats the SEC champ. It's not much of a thread to hold onto, but it's all I have at this point.
ETA: I guess if I have to pick one of the evil empires to win the bcs, I would choose UF since we tend to come up against Bama and Texas more in recruiting.
This +1

Try living in Alabama. I could pull for Tulame when it comes to Bama. Geaux Gators!!

Florida because I want 'Bama to lose the SECCG 2 years in a row and have the 'Bama'ers wondering why their coach can't get them to the BCSCG.
Plus, I don't want 'Bama to win a championship while they have their current coach.

Florida.
Nebraska over Texas.
Cincy over Florida in the Championship Game.

I hope Bama wins the SECCG. How anyone outside of Gainesville could wish success for CUM and his band of drunkin eye gougers is beyond me....

The only problem with this game is there can only be one loser on the field.

Florida. Let the Tebow era be grand. I give him his due. He is the man in that system.
If bama wins and goes on to win NC, this will multiply their current claim of 12 or 13 up to 18 to 19 NC's.

Bama, sorry but Saban is a great coach.
And i'm tired of Meyer's smug arse and the slurping of St.Tebow.

Florida and my reasoning is threefold.
1) Recruiting. We fight for more recruits with Bama than Florida.
2) Florida has been playing better than Bama the last few games and has a real shot at bringing the crystal home to the SEC.
3) I can't stand listening to the gumps for a whole year if they win. They're the biggest group of assnozzles all year long, then can't understand why SEC fans have a hard time pulling for them come bowl time.

Florida in the SECCG, and also in the Title game, mainly because we compete with both Alabama and Texas for recruits more than we do Florida.

a tie would be a fitting end to this season

NCAA rules state its an absolute TIE after 6 OT sessions......
Then it goes to best record, so its ????

Florida
Tebow is a class act and I never want to see any more hardware go to Tuscaloosa.
It would thrill me pink to see them lose the SECCG and then sulk and lose the Sugar Bowl again.

Scoreless tie after 18 overtimes.
But if not possible, Florida. Living with gumps is bad enough without them winning an SECCG. Then we have to put up with their talk until Texas beats them.
But if they beat UF and play UT I'll still pull for the SEC, but its strictly a cerebral decision, not an emotional one.

Have been attending LSU games for 50+ years, and have two degrees from there, my pop was alumni professor of the year there,
So please don't tell me I don't like LSU just because you disagree with me; that's juvenile.
