Bingo not sorry he said it, actually happy he said it because you better believe this will be on the board when the week we play the pig boys this year and if that doesn't help get you motivated than you need to quit the game

Here we go again.

If the arse whipping we took last year isn't motivation enough, nothing is. This whole bulletin board material is bullshite. If someone is talking shite about me or my team, I'm gonna elevate my game because of that, not because of NFL scouts watching me.

Arky did benefit playing LSU the week after LSU lost a heart breaker to Alabama. LSU usually struggles to show up for games the week after losing to Alabama.

Let's see what Urban Meyer thinks about bulletin board material:

"The psychological master was at his best in 2006, when his Gators faced Ohio State for the BCS title in Glendale, Ariz. The undefeated Buckeyes were led by Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback Troy Smith and were a touchdown favorite.

Meyer reportedly had 10 feet of bulletin board material posted in the team hotel, which he later called “10 feet of nonsense.” He said in hindsight that the Gators, who mauled the Buckeyes 41-14, were the “angriest” team he ever coached. With the Buckeyes presumably needing a repeat of their performance in a 59-0 rout of Wisconsin in the Big Ten Championship Game to stay with Alabama, Meyer might try to draw out that anger again."

1. It may be true, but that doesn't mean we have to like it.

2. Coach B is a fat POS

3. As much as I dislike Miles, I can't imagine he would ever say something like this to a reporter.

Agree. Granted the team gave their all and came up short against Bama a week or so prior and was likely blown mentally and physically from the loss, but they took it to us that game.

Obviously that quote is coming from someone who has only sat in the stands or on the couch watching sports his whole life.

Bulletin board material is very real and it is used by coaches all the time. As a former athlete at a high enough level I can promise you that.

Coaches will use bulletin board material all the way from the literal "actually pinning up comments on the board" to coaches using the comments in the practices before the game to the game day speech prior to kickoff. It is very real, and if you would have ever gotten off the couch and played a sport you would have known that!!!

Yes payback from a prior game is motivation also, but bulletin board material is real!

I mean what are schools like Arky and Ole Miss and Texas A&M supposed to talk about? It certainly isn't talking about championships, etc.....they have to pick their spots and go for it........can't fault them. If they had to wait to gloat until they won a championship (conference), well you get my point.

To the victor goes the spoils. We can can cry like little girls about it or we can kick their arse in Tiger stadium this season.

I can see it now. There will be a dog collar hanging on LSU's bulletin board next season. Wasn't a very intelligent or classy thing to say...truth or not.

factual statement coming from a low class lard arse. Very successful coaches do not stoop to this kind of talk. He will learn his lesson in this conference.
