Blaine Knight tossed a little fuel on the Tigers’ fire yesterday. A tweet by Fayetteville Sports Reporter Tyler Cass quoted Knight as saying, “We’re not scared of those guys. We're better than them” Former LSU pitcher Alden Cartwright replied to the tweet with, “Baseball is a humbling game @blaineknight10 .... underestimating the Tigers is an ignorant thing to do.... best of luck though.”

That sounds more like confidence in his team than shite talking.
Saying "we're better than them" is different than saying "they're garbage"

I would hope that we are not scared of them. We should not have even responded. The kid for Arkansas just believing in his team. I would also hope that we are thinking we are better than them, and expect to win the game

Which means nothing in this series. We're not playing inspiring ball right now...they're playing at home and have started off hot. I'd be confident too if I was them....a little blood in their eye from the fact that we have treated them like a doormat lately.

Hopefully CPM doesn't go on record like he did before the Florida game where he declared " That we just want to leave with one win." I would hope that the message to his team is that " We are the better team and we are going to win Friday . " Then repeat the same message to his team before Saturday's game.
