Up 20-10 mid 3rd, Arians ripped his OL a new arse. Our team is not being coached up during games. Orgeron and Peveto are the only coaches I see communicating with players. Peveto is normally shackled with Miles, makes no sense. Wilson has his own style and keeps his guys away from the birthday clown, BDP.

Our fan base is full of pussies that believe in participation trophies...that kind of coaching isn't allowed.

And promptly let the other team come back and tie it up. Not the best example to use.

What does ripping the OL have to do with Minnesota scoring? The OL played better, that was the point.

F your premise is the only way to coach-up a team is to yell-- you might be correct. Some coaches (Bill Belechek immediately comes to mind) are effective without screaming like fools.

Hard to do when your being carried off the field after your 4th shitty offensive performance in a row.

So yelling and screaming at a player is coaching? I always thought explaining and teaching was coaching. Those things you can do without yelling and screaming.

OP have you ever player a sport? serious question. I did no higher than high school but i did and i can say i learned a lot more when it was calmly explained to me over just hollering at me. When you are being yelled at aren't you just thinking man i wanna get away from this guy and not paying attention to what he is saying.

Wasn't like that for us growing up...it was "I really don't want to be chewed out anymore so I better get it right"

That was my mentality too. I didn't grow up with coaches that protected our "feelings" by not yelling. If you messed up, they yelled at you, and you worked hard not to mess up again.
Coaches lit a fire under your arse to help that process.
