We have 3 starters on defense that aren’t upperclassmen. We have 3 starters on offense that aren’t upperclassman

You lost the bet

20 true freshman have played but it's constantly overstated how young we are. Only about 5-6 of those are playing regularly.

LSU plays a shite load of freshman every year and we will continue to as long as we recruit elite players

We have done this under Miles we would play 15-20 freshman every year, only 5 will see major time but rest saw some

Not even close. We’ve used more freshman than anyone else but it’s mostly because our freshman are studs.

List of starting upperclassmen

Danny Etling
Derrius Guice
Darrell Williams (Started with DG out)
JD Moore
KJ Malone
Garrett Brumfield
Will Clapp
Toby Weathersby
Foster Moreau
DJ Chark
Russell Gage

Christian Lacatoure
Greg Gilmore
Arden Key
Corey Thompson
Donnie Alexander
Donte Jackson
Kevin Toliver
John Battle

ETA: 18 of your starting 22 are upperclassmen.

The best 3 players on your team are 3 kids in their 2nd year (Greedy, Devin and Rashard)

Youth is not an excuse...

Ehhh, I disagree. We’re not old. We’re very thin. Our starting 22 are very good but our depth is terrible. We have quite a few upperclassmen but lost have a freshman behind them like: Eric Monroe, Sahdiq, Klavon, Tyler Taylor, Phillips, Kary Vincent, Brennan and Stevens.

We’ll see if O can change that but honestly I’m very concerned about O’s recruiting. It’s weak. Very weak.

I think we will improve a little before NSD but recruiting as a assistant for a established coach is much harder than recruiting for yourself

It better. Right now it would be the lowest rated class of this millennium. We were sold on O’s ability to recruiter and lock down LA. He’s not locking down our borders and the class is behind State. 2019 is huge and if O doesn’t lock down LA, then he is completely useless.

He doesn’t coach either side of the ball. If he can’t recruit then there’s reason for him to be on the payroll....

I completely agree, recruiting essentially is the only asset he adds to this staff

If can't add top 10 classes like we did before, thats a major problem

We'll see....

2019 looks solid so far but who knows what happens between now and then. Commits don't mean shite to NSD

Youre ruining their narrative.

Depth matters... its what seperates major p5 programs from the Conf. USAs.

Don't worry about Os recruiting. I've learned that three stars are better than the entitled five stars on here. It's character recruiting over talent.

I totally agree, it's what he is known for as his biggest strength without question.

No!

That's an excuse the O enablers have used to cover up for his terrible defeats.
