Are basic fielding fundamentals not taught at the college level anymore?

Players don’t stay in front of grounders. Cut off men trying to take throws from fielders needlessly. Fielders way out of position…

Ok grandpa, this isn’t LL, you cant make plays at this level by sitting back and waiting for the ball to get to you and “staying in front of it”
