Will we look back on this trio 10 years from now and think how incredible it was that they all worked for LSU at the same time?

What a time to be alive!

Yeah, nevermind the impending global collapse and bi-millennial celestial events in 2017. It's LSUs coaching trio that mark the timeline.

Enjoy Aranda and Canada together this year bc if they have any kind of success one or both will be a HC and our players will have to learn a new scheme every year.

I'm sure they won't all be here for the extended future but we've made some outstanding hires lately

Possibly.

But in 10 years I could easily see: a top NFL DC, a successful P5 head coach, and an NBA head coach.

What does this comment have to do with the OP unless you are suggesting serious coaching flops?

I hope you are right, but at this point, Canada and Wade dont belong in the same sentence as Aranda.

Three young, energetic and highly intelligent coaches, yet somehow we hire the special teams coach from the waterboy to head up the flagship sport....

yeah, I was hoping down the line that one of them would get promoted to become LSU's HC, but in order for that to happen O would have to step down and I don't see that happening anytime soon if these guys are both successful. But yeah, Aranda and Canada have HC written all over them.

but Orgeron has put together a young dynamic staff, probably LSU's best staff ever with the additions of Mickey Joseph and Tommie Robinson. Only thing he could do to improve it is maybe add Kevin Mawae as OLine coach down the road if OLine problems linger, and hire former Bama DLine coach Bo Davis who just got hired on Frank Wilson's staff at UTSA. Davis is a stud recruiter and DLine coach, he could move old man Pete Jenkins to some other job. Oh, and maybe hire this guy as special teams coach instead of having a all hands on deck type situation. LINK

He's right. You're just a myopic, small minded fanboy to not see the epic blunder it was.

Orgeron isn't worthy of praise just yet, but any move he's made or change that he's implemented so far have graded out as an A+ in my book..

But to be fair nobody can say whether or not he is a success or a failure yet, not sure why you can't understand it
