You put them there letters together and they make WORDS! My words said I'm a figurin' 4,000 of my closest kin were comin' down off the mountain to visit y'all for a spell.

On the McNeese thing: My understanding is that McNeese sold its allotment of tickets for the UNC game and the game is sold out (LINK ). I don't know how much more they could've done.
Otherwise, the relative distance stuff doesn't matter. I understand that App State/LSU is a more attractive matchup this year given the circumstances. But McNeese would bring more fans provided tickets were available to them.
Sure, geography would be a big factor in that. But that's why it's a good idea for most schools to schedule other schools that are in relatively close proximity.
LSU, of course, doesn't need to worry about that because it's going to sell out or come real close to it every time regardless.

The truth be said, UNC could have scheduled APP while LSU was waiting on Texas Tech to balk being Saturday's opponent, which opened the door for APP.
LINK
APP has a much more difficult time finding I-A opponents than McNeese, particularly now after the Michigan win.
Good luck to McNeese on Saturday. Hope they pummel the Tarholes.
