anyone NOT get the email they were supposed to get

on perpetual hold with the ticket office right now. How did I know they would botch this. I waited on hold for 15 minutes and they manually just gave it to me. anyone else have this problem?

What did you tell them to get the code? I bought tickets from ticketmaster :(

I gave them my lsu ticket order number from the original purchase

I received one from LSU for one set of tickets but not one from Ticketmaster for the other set & parking pass.

Can you please send me your email? I'm on hold with ticket office. I promise I should have a code. I can send you info via email that proves I should have a code. Thanks
