Clm will not change as long as he is wining running the ball. Miles is smarter than you think.

If if if. OK let's play if genius. If we don't have 2 touchdowns called back by silly penalties we win 35-22 yea I gave them the FG they missed. See how that works.

Devils Advocte - What happens when we play a team that can match up and stop the run? Then what? Take a look back on how well we adjust to that scenario when it happens - Arkansas 2015 & 09 NC game.

You cannot win just running the football like that. You have to have somewhat of a balanced attack. The opponent needs to fear the pass in some capacity. We have the athletes to be unstoppable with a balanced attack. Les needs to give Harris more room to grow within the offense passing the ball.

Honestly, over the next few weak games until we get to the meat of the SEC schedule, we should try to pass the ball 25 times a game in hopes of developing trust between our coaching staff and our QB.

It drives me crazy to watch us run on first and second down, get behind on the chains and then force our inexperienced QB into having to make a play to keep drives alive. That is not the way to nurture the growth and confidence of a young talented QB. I'm not saying we should be Texas Tech or A&M, but we are more like Nebraska back in the day. We should take this opportunity (next few games) to develop the passing game.

LSU continues to bring in all-star (4* and 5*'s) receivers year in and year out but we have seen terrible results on the field.

Two years ago you had two 1000 yard receivers. Yes last year was bad and it needs to be better but geez people on here have short memories.

LSU does need to throw the ball to get ready for future games as long as it is within the game plan. I do not think you throw the ball just to throw it. LSU has an identity, whether people like it or not, and that is running the ball. If you start to throw just to throw it you lose that. Example is Arkansas they went away from what won them games late last year and they have 2 losses.

Absolutely he is not saying that. He is saying he is interested in seeing the passing game in full effect.

He even said that. In the post. He CLEARLY stated that it was a thing of beauty running the ball as much as we did last week. he isn't saying that we should have passed more. he is saying that he wants to see more of the passing game just to see it. jesus fricking christ people on this board

U wanna go with the average QB?

I love people

Unfortunately this is the average IQ for this board.

We can't win a championship if teams with better front 7's don't respect the pass.
See 2011 and what happened in New Orleans after Georgia showed Bama the game plan on how to stop us.

....and if the 2 touchdowns that were called back because of penalties counted, we wouldn't even be talking about that FG, you'd be talking about a beat down of Miss. St. on the scoreboard
