Wow. We lose a game in the last seconds on the road, and the team has given up?

What great support. Sounds like the fans have given up. Most of you did that when the SEC Championship was no longer an option. Damn shame.

I mean, no matter how bad the team plays or how dumb the coaches can be, what kind of fan quits supporting the team? I don't support some of the decisions made, but I'll always support them and hope they win.

You dream! They're walking into a washing machine that's stuck on the spin cycle. Arkansas wins by more than 10 - sorry.

To buzzsaw a team, you must have the will to kill..for 60 full..all four quarters..

When was the last time you saw that out of an LSU team in victory? VT 2007?

Granted I saw LSU play sixty full vs Bama in 2008 and 2009, and Fla 2009, but those were losses.

The players were ready this past Saturday, too.

The question is, will the coaches be ready?

Do you think our FG unit has been trained to do a snap on a whistle with 1 second on the clock by this point, for instance?

LSU couldn't "buzzsaw" the likes of Vandy and MSU from the SEC.

How the frick do you think we "buzzsaw" a team that literally beat the #1 team on the road?

LOL. I love my Tigers, and I will be at the game, but I'm not expecting much.

Arkansas is running in to the same thing this week.

Is Richt going to be coaching for LSU??

dunno about the buzzsaw thing, but i know kids, i have some, Lol, i just dont think they are as sensitive as some of us fans. They have other things going on in their heads, chicks, school, Friends ETc...im not saying they are not focused . I just believe they bounce back real well. The other thing is, even in football, these things tend to even themselves out. We will win this game. As for the coaching staff, not in my control. I believe we as a fan base have made our feelings clear on the subject. Its time to let the powers that be do their work....

I just think these players are gonna be ready come Saturday. I'm sure they'll still reflecting on Ole Miss, but it's only Monday. Certainly they won't come flat and let Arky win a third in a row. Jefferson, Randle, Toliver, Ridley, LaFell, and certainly the defense are gonna bring it.

Remember in 04 when we ran in to a pissed of UGA? We ran in to a buzzsaw and there was no way we were winning the game.

I don't think I've ever seen a prediction I disagreed with more. I would not take LSU and 20 points in this game.

Arkansas will steamroll the living shite out of us. My prediction is 48-13, but I would not be at all surprised if it were worse than that.

No, they weren't. As much as the blame for the loss to Ole Miss can be pinned on the coaches, there's didn't seem to be any type of fire/attitude from the players in what was supposed to be a revenge game. A few plays here & there aside, they looked rather lethargic to me.

When was the last time that LSU was blown out at home?

I don't think it's going to happen this year when the Hogs have a defense that will make LSU's passing game look all world.

Yes, we have an offense that can score a lot of points, but we haven't done that well against SEC teams on the road outside of the Florida game.

This game could go either way and I don't think the Hogs come in and go to sleep like they did against Ole Miss, but I'm not going to go out and start proclaiming that we'll "buzzsaw" LSU.

Good luck to both teams and I honestly hate the way the Ole Miss game ended.

We need to drum up that "results" vs. "performance" thread. We got manhandled all day by Ole Miss, and the fact that we were even in that game was because of bad officiating and special teams.

What makes you think they have?

Go look at DMitch's post. He says the players are pretty down right now.

Everybody thought this for OM game as well, but they pretty much slept walked through entire game. UnLESS you think that was their best effort then we are in trouble! But I hope you're right and I will be @ TS Sat.cheering wildly for Tigers!
