On themselves and comes out like they did at regionals?

I would hate it for this group of kids to come out and underperform bc they put too much pressure on themselves. The one thing I'm hoping for the most is they come out and play freely- that's when we play our best especially on defense.

It's the CWS. Pressure is part of the deal for every team.

No. These guys come to LSU to play on a big time stage for a big time program. They live for this shite

You can see they do this at times. But they also shake it off quickly.

No worries, it is something that has to be dealt with at the start of regionals and game 1 in Omaha. They are used to dealing with it.

Expectations are not the same as pressure.

Are you kidding? Kramer was in "a dark place last year. he slammed his hands on his range rover steering wheel when he had to drive back to Waco." Poor little guy has something to prove now. Haha

In all seriousness, no. They know the program they came to, and the expectations that are forced upon them. They can handle it. Have been all year.

I think that LSU just didn't have its head in the right place vs. Texas Southern. Still celebrating the tournament championship and playing a team ranked in the 200s.

All teams & players are under an immense amount of pressure right now. Now it's just a matter of who can handle the pressure.

While I certainly understand your concern, I think LSU is probably more accustomed to the big crowds and huge expectations than any other team. We start off against FSU who has the pressure of trying to give Martin his first Championship and know that there have been 127 FSU teams before them in Omaha with the same unmet goal.

They're not opening with a weak team like Texas Southern. Their focus will be sharp like it was during the SEC Tournament. I expect the team to show why they were highly regarded in the CWS.
