Auburn looked like shite against Georgia State. (REVENGE GAME).

Kentucky struggled with South Carolina.

LSU is improving week to week. A lot of room to grow but just looking at these upcoming games I feel pretty good about LSU taking care of business. If LSU is able to throttle Auburn by 10+ points there’s no way we aren’t back in the top 25.

Auburn played Penn State tough on the road.
LSU looked foolish against an average UCLA team on the road.

I don’t see how LSU can feel confident against any SEC team (minus Vandy) this season.

And lsu struggled with mcneese, miss st, and lost to ucla. The teams are all close together.
Orgeron has to win the next 2 games or he wont be here next season.

Here is the problem. The super negative LSU fans have not reset their expectations for this team. So consequently they crap on everything about this team. The best players on this team are first and second year players. Most of the 2019 guys left or didn’t pan out. My 2 cents.

With a few exceptions, Auburn is a hard fought game. I give the edge to LSU, but it could go either way

Auburn coming to our house at night is a big advantage. As for Kentucky, we could be a trap game for them sandwiched between their two biggest games of the year (Florida and Georgia). Something to keep an eye on.

Penn State isn't good either. Everyone will find that out soon enough.

UCLA isn’t bad. They’re top 25. Their loss came to the nations leading passing yards QB against a good Fresno team. That loss was a good thing for LSU. It was a wake up call. Better to get it first game than in October before SEC play really gets real. Y’all are dramatic. It’s the rant though. Not surprised.

We most definitely did not struggle with State. We were on top by double digits most of the game. State scored at the end to make the score look close. The game was not close. Maybe you should try watching the actual game instead of looking at the score and making your decision.

So, we should enjoy being mediocre, because we have reset our expectations?

The expectation is to contend for titles every year, period.

I think we can pull of a win against auburn. Home game in prime time. Players and coaches will be amped. Lot of em experiencing Death Valley at full force for the first time. Kentucky is the one I’m more concerned with. We always play down to them. Also on the road after a big hard fought emotional game like auburn. LSU has always struggled in games like that.

I think so. Not a given but these are winnable games the team needs. It gets tougher after that.

Expectations were to be 4-0 right now and by more impressive margins
