He keeps saying that shite like it's going to magically make everything better. fricking tired of hearing that same old tired bullshite line. If he truly did take responsibility for what is going on then he'd be doing things to fix this shite product he puts out week in and week out.

Same problems every week.

When everything falls apart on a coach or business professional, the first thing that gets questioned most times is leadership. This is Ed's feeble effort to show that he's a strong leader. Ed...everyone sees through it so just stop!

If he loses again this weekend, I seriously don’t know how Woody can explain keeping him on. He has 0 answers.

I’m tired of this clown saying “we just had our best practice ever” like he did again on OTB. Holy hell this guy is clueless and doesn’t know what to say anymore.

Step 1: Take responsibility

Step 2: Fix the damn problem.

He's got step 1 down. He's having real issues with Step 2.

He says that he takes responsibility right before he throws his coaches or players under the bus. That's not really taking responsibility. That's just repeating a bunch of babbling BS.

If he didn't, people would be bitching about it. They want him "held accountable".

I think one of the questions literally asked him what he really meant by that and all he had to say was rah rah rah

It doesn't carry any water anymore.

And of course he should take responsibility - it's his house he's trying to run.......and failing miserably.

Eh, I doubt it. He plays the lip service of "taking responsibility" but then turns around and doesn't fix the many issues regarding this team and doesn't really seem to be attempting to be doing anything differently.

That's not taking responsibility.
