Any season ticket holders hear back from LSU on refunds yet?

Talked to a guy yesterday. Was told if you filled out form you are good and they’ll be calling people the next two weeks.

I called and was on hold for ~45 mins, but finally got through and I received the same feedback.

If you opted out, why in hell would they need to call you? Just process the damn refund.

For you guys not to have heard back leads me to believe there is a mass exodus of ticket refunds being processed and either
1. They hope you will hang onto the tickets
2. They’re just overwhelmed with refunds

Called yesterday. Waited 47 minutes on hold. Asked if they received my google form. They said “yes”. I said “you didn’t even ask my name”. They said “well if you filled it out we have it.”. I said “okay”. Then I asked if we will be called or will we just see money in the bank or a credit on credit card, etc. “mot really sure. We haven’t started on it”. Pretty much what I expected.

Does the refund include TAF fees or just ticket price?

I called the LSU ticket office Monday and asked them to confirm my request of a full refund (option 1). They did have it. He told me they were going to wait until after the first game to process the refunds. No timeline was given as to when the $$$ will be returned.

The ticket office employee told me yesterday they should start refunding next week. Would have started this week if not for Ida. Also said if you got tickets in the mail to throw them away.

Thanks for the replies. I called on Thursday and got an old recorded message about where the ticket office at the Rose Bowl was.

I agree. I’m sure they will try to talk you into keeping the tickets or leaving the donation. Not likely to happen after you’ve already missed 1-2 games by the time they call.
