Knowing the worthless NCAA, probably minutes before tipoff.

Terrific kid but as a two-time transfer who isn't a graduate, why does LSU believe he will gain eligibility? Isn't the NCAAA trying to tap the breaks on this?

There are tons of players who have transferred multiple times and didn't have to sit for a year. The NCAA makes these decisions in a seemingly arbitrary way and as usual, they have no basis for anything they do. Total clown organization.

The amount of teams that are going to be fricked over by the ncaa dragging their feet with these decisions is going to be astronomical. College basketball seemed to have way more two-time transfers go to big time programs than college football.

Talked to Tasmin last week. Said he had not heard anything.

To be fair, the NCAA came out in JANUARY and said they were going to be severely limiting waivers for 2x transfers. Coaches/players called their bluff (perhaps at their own peril). Cook and LSU are far from the only players/schools to do so. But it’s a bit disingenuous to bash the NCAA here when they gave very clear advanced warning
