Any chance Walker pitches if we make the finals?

Why doesn't this kid go to the coach and demand the damn ball. All hands on deck.
Jack Youngblood played a Super Bowl with a broken arm. Curt Schilling pitched the ALCS with a bloody sock. This is man up time, son.

Christ have mercy, man. Some of y'all don't have a clue.

CPM already said Walker is out for the rest of CWS. So,

Nothing is more important than winning. Nothing. Not your health, your wife, your children, your livelihood, your vibrator collection.
WIN.
WIN.

You want him to have tj and possibly ruin his career? Not to mention next year's run?

No, Walker is done for this season.

I will forever be grateful for Schilling, but what he did was insanely reckless. If he wasn't getting paid massive amounts of money, he wouldn't have done it.

Know how I know you don't know shite about pitching? The kid has possible ligament damage (won't know until MRI). Far cry from a bloody sock

I don't get why they couldn't set up the MRI in Omaha... if there's no ligament damage and he feels better he might at least be good for a few innings out of the pen.

My opinion is that he's got more pain than what they letting on too.....he may have elbow pain in addition to the forearm stiffness
Something had to come up that they put him on the shelf for good without a local MRI

Did I miss the part where those guys were amateur 19 year old college players with their whole careers ahead of them when they did that?

Because they have a good idea what that MRI is going to say. They are looking out for the player over winning. Good move by CPM.

Because it's the same injury he had when he was a junior in high school
