If they start contraflow traffic you wont' be able to get back to New Orleans.

They are saying it will not be in the Southern Gulf until Sunday now - and it will be West of where originally anticipated. Which the South-Westerly track is helping us a very good bit

Yep bringing more cash!

We are flying out of NO at 10:45am Sunday...I think we'll be okay.

We have a bus chartered to take us from NO to Br and back on gameday.

Regardless of what happens it will be a long arse drive. If they do evacuate NO how far do people drive?
Reason I ask is because I love to sit in traffic

sorry to bring it up, but Blacksburg to Baton Rouge drive sucked

It sucked worse for a fellow LSU RVer, who had a flat in Chatanooga. We would've stopped to help out our fellow fan, but they already had tons of help.

My advice to any Appy fans is to stay home.

Don't mess with mother nature

Are you on USAir back to Charlotte? If so, let's try to meet up.

My son and I arrive tomorrow around 3:30. Can't wait. Looking forward to seeing some LSU fans and crashing some tailgates.

It probably would be best for App fans to stay home, I know my cousin isn't coming in form Katy because (a) who want to drive to a storm location and (b) the traffic to get back to Katy, a headache like no other.
So there's no way LSU is packed Sat. in my opinion, but to me that's ok, much more concerned with human lives than a game, although it is a close 2nd!
