I grew up listening to him. I'm 40, so he is really the only LSU play by play guy I have ever known.
I still get the biggest chills from the Warren Morris home run call. I like that call even better than Jack Hunt's touchdown.

Best damn video the LSU guys have ever put together and they have set the bar high with this one. The newer ones this year aren't even close.

I'm 49 and have the same sentiment. Hawthorne has been such a part of so many great LSU victories in my life. Just part of my Tiger experience I guess.
