Insane that they don't have replay in college softball for post season play.
However, even with instant replay, unless there was another angle out there somewhere, it wasn't going to be overturned.

Replay I’ve seen in men’s CBB wouldn’t have overturned that. Could’ve gone either way.

Actually tough call at plate. But right call, catcher tagged her up in chest area. Catchers glove never showed any movement until hand touched the plate. I paused it on TV def safe but Damm close. I can see why he was pissed. He may recieve some kind of punishment or even get canned for going after ump that hard. Cajuns love their softball and don't like bad publicity towards their program. I hope not guy did great job after being thrown into bad situation. Oh I forgot

Get canned by ULL for going after an umpire “like that”? Did you ever watch Lotief? Talk about an asshat. I’m beginning to think it’s in the ULL coach’s contract that when you lose to LSU the only way to save face is to blame the umpire, NCAA, Huey Long...

Have a safe trip home. You guys surprised me big time. Had no idea team was this good this year. Do you think Cajuns get back to the heavy hitters with all the home runs or is this the kind of players we can expect from now on?

He was all over the umps in every game I saw this weekend. That was a very close play at home and I think he would have gotten a little slack but he had been bitching the whole game.
