Sciambra - .340
Laird - .354
Bregman - .333
Scivicque - .380
Hale - .328
Chinea - .336
Stevenson - .364
Fraley - .316
Foster - .305

That is just ridiculous. Scariest lineup in all of college baseball, not 1 easy out...not 1 even fairly easy out.

Whats weird, I read the game threads and people say nothing has changed with our bats or out approach at the plate

I think he will stay another year or so. It is a good sign when assistants are promoted

I'm sure it won't be long till he starts to get connected to head coaching jobs. Having a year like this is catching everyone's attention

they find a way to bitch about everything

apparently Sciambra shouldnt hit leadoff(was leading the team in OBP coming into today) and Foster shouldnt be in the lineup cause he sucks at 2B(leads team in OPS). Good problem to have i guess

I am sure that Andy has had his share of influence on the hitters, but those are a lot of names who have been around the program a long time and have played a lot of baseball. There is something to say for that.

Not only that but our stealing has been insane. We're attempting and getting waaaay more than we ever have in recent history.

Sure a lot can be attributed to guys experience and talent but a very large chunk of those guys are hitting better than they ever have before. Sciv, Sciambra, Chinea, Stevenson, Laird and Hale all belong in that mention.

So, what you're saying is Cannizaro is succeeding with Javi's players? Where have I heard this before?

(Though, I know what you're saying with an experienced lineup being a big deal, but jokes gotta be made!)

No doubt this is great lineup but we are also a veteran lineup. I like Can Can but would like to see more of what he can do with a younger team. Next year will be a test for him

What will the perception be if they don't hot as well next year? Back to let's fire our hitting coach.
