Sam honestly looks like our best secondary player rn, he could had 4 picks yesterday if he wanted and he’s reading the eyes of the QB. Very Impressed from him need him to keep this up for Bama.

I think Zy might look the best but, idk I can’t argue with Sam’s production especially with his tackling ability in run support

In all honesty, his first interception was a gift. Wide receiver was open and QB sailed the ball right into 14’s chest. Easy pick nothing he did outstanding there.
A little later he missed a more difficult chance for an interception that went right thru his hands. He still has a lot of room for improvement before Bama game

But but his injury is the reason why Milroe will throw for 700 yards on us /s

When playing service academies, Sam goes by the new nickname “Uncle Sam.”

That QB was terrible

And Sam & Burns are the worse players in the secondary, despite a few gift wrapped INTs yesterday,

Army is a team that can’t throw and doesn’t want to throw. Everyone’s secondary would look good against them.

LSU has played two of the worst passing offenses in the country in the last two weeks. I’m not saying the defense may not have improved to some degree. But judging that improvement based upon the last two opponents is probably somewhat of an illusion

Looking more and more comfortable and confident in his assignments and execution on the back end. Need to see this same step forward with some CBs.

Yep, but……. I’m sure he WANTED the interceptions just didn’t get them, he is playing good. I still cannot contemplate how bad Sage has been for so long.

Bama is going to run TEs at him all day and let them outmuscle Sam for the ball. He is a good little player, but there is that word “little”.
