My five year old little cousin just started kindergarten this year at a private school in Georgia. Today, the art teacher was going over colors and how mixing two colors together produces a new color. After going over the examples of red and blue make purple and yellow and blue make green, my precious little cousin without any hesitation raised her hand and said:
"And, purple and gold make LSU!"
I just wish I could have seen the teacher's face!

You should see the way my kids argue with these Gamecock and Clemson teachers over colors. If it looks anything close to an LSU helmet, it's gold not yellow in their little minds.
Also, they refuse to use the color red for some strange reason.

I think "those parents" are going to make me responsible for their childrens' LSU tuition if I keep this up! Their girls (3) could go to a college in GA for free (with the HOPE scholarship) but we have them bleeding purple and gold already.
But, the Mom went to LSU, so she doesn't mind.
