Really it is. The only sentence in his post that was accurate was that people have a right to voice their opinions.

quote:

Miles has talent that every team in the country would LOVE to have

Definitely.

He just DOESN'T use it right. IMO.

I agree. At least it sure seems that way a lot of times.

This about sums up the whole probelm that some fans have with CLM.

How can dingleberry agree with the previous quote and not be considered a negatiger by his own standard. Moronic.

Two weeks later we had the Bring Back the Magic game against Auburn and for the first time in my life I witnessed something that I had only previously read about; the magic of Tiger Stadium on a Saturday Night in Death Valley.

I'm only two years older than you. I remember that night well. It was indeed the night the magic returned. The night we started to believe in ourselves again. And when we beat #1 Florida two years later we thought we were unstoppable. Then the next week Ole Miss... never mind.

But I also remember the 1980s -- the "magic" we were aspiring to return to. Those days weren't so magical relative to now but they seemed like it at the time. Two Sugar Bowls and an Orange Bowl. We lost all three of them. Lost to Miss State and Tulane after clinching the Orange Bowl bid. Sound magical? The party scene was much better back then because students could get away with a lot more back before the drinking age changed but the product on the football field does not compare at all.

What LSU has experienced under Saban and Miles is an unprecedented era. You may find it hard to believe that Miles is the winningest coach in LSU history to coach 3 or more years. Saban and Arnsparger were the only two to come close in the modern era and neither stayed beyond 5 years.

The 80s may have seemed magical by contrast to the shitstorm that was the early 90s but the era we are living in now is unprecendented.

Could we do better? I'm sure we could.

But the good old times weren't really as good as you'd like to think they were and the here and now doesn't suck balls nearly as bad as you think it does.

I have celebrated with you in Atlanta and cried with you in Orlando.

I have never in my adult life cried over LSU football. Maybe as a little kid but if so I don't remember it.

Does that make me a NegaTiger?

Yes really. Miles doesn't think he has never made mistakes. Stupid fans that hate Miles think that Miles thinks he hasn't made mistakes.

The mass defections clearly point to MIles losing his team regardless of what he says. He is an average recruiter and the worst game coach in the SEC and yet our players, despite him. make some play to pull off wins. Now he is out of playmakers.

not really, miles has talent that every team in the country HAS. they use the talent less well than les.

les has the best winning %, so the others are just worser.

so, you will never be happy?

p.s. how was rehab?
