CSF still has a ways to go, but....

UNC won 6-3, Canisius left the bases loaded several times.

UVA beat Army 2-1.

BigToof Oregon St won with a walkoff double 5-4.

Oregon down 2-1 in 8th.

LSU obviously could have looked better against Jackson St.

Vandy and FSU were the only ones who looked dominant.

Vandy? They were ok but far from dominant.

This happens every year. The 1/4 matchup is a letdown.

They were never really threatened

You forgot that Indiana needed a miracle 9th inning to beat Valpo

I guess pushed doesn't mean threatened to me.

Yeah, I really should've said Vandy wasn't "pushed" instead of threatened...

I think some of these #1's just went through the motions today. Most won and some were involved in nail biters. I expect much better quality on Saturday from these teams.

eta: They'll all win now that Oregon took the lead.
