Absolutely. They don't get their guests on by roasting them with hard questions.
Their guest lineup is extremely impressive, but the questions they ask are generally softballs on a tee.

Could be, but Skip said he was left to do as he pleased as AD. The BOS obviously had to approve a hire, but until then he got to pick his man.
