I've began to have more hatred toward Sankey and the SEC than Florida

Who benefits most from us losing a game? I mean besides the Gaytors not getting an L on their record.

You should. Florida is/was going to do everything they could to protect their best interest. I can understand that. However, that's when the SEC, as a neutral arbitrator, has to step in and say "this is what we are going to do."

Sankey should be fired immediately and the whole SEC office should be taken to task over this. Not because an Act of God created a tough situation, but because the SEC clearly has no contingency plan to solve a problem that is NOT unprecedented. It looks even worse that two of their member schools (UGA/USC) are still able to play, albeit a day later.

It should have been evident on Tuesday that UF's approach was to play in Gainesville on Sat. or not at all. The SEC commish did NOTHING to make sure a game that could have been played, was played.

This. Of course Florida didn't want to play. It's in their season's best interest. It's up to Sankey to grow a pair and lead this conference. The reason we have a conference at all is for moments like this. Sankey is looking like he's too comfy in his high-rise and doesn't want to upset anyone. This is all on him.

Yep. I've definitely concluded that the SEC is who dropped the ball here. UF looks scared, but hey do what you got to do. The SEC seemed to do absolutely nothing to make a cross divisional game happen.

Proof there is nothing for a bama fan to do outside of a Saturday in the fall. Y'all always wind up here, when there is something worth talking about, and then try to troll that it is being talked about.

Yet, it is 8am, on a Friday morning, and you are thinking about LSU.

Do you have a link for the statement?

I believe you, but it'd be nice to share with others.

JA made it clear that the commish was aware of Foley's position in not playing the game anywhere but in Gainesville. As the Advocate put it, when asked whether the commish was aware of that position, JA replied ( curtly as noted in the article ): he was in on that conversation the entire time"
