All comes down to Aranda on Sat

The offense won't change dramatically. The only piece of this puzzle that adjusts week to week is Aranda's game planning.
The elite efforts last year vs Bama and Louisville is what's needed on Saturday. No other way we win this game.

If he calls a game as beautifull as he did against Bama last year, we will need 10 points max.

Whatever he ran on the last two defensive series on Saturday , he should stick with..

We don't have the personnel up front, period.

True but I didn't think we were capable of holding Alabama to 10 points over 4 quarters where our offense did nothing.
We're not going to hold Auburn to 10. But if we can restrict them to 20 then we have a shot.
I don't think we have the players to do it either.

I think with the d-line getting healthy we’ll see a much improved defense. It all starts up front.

Hopefully Lawrence is as close to 100% as he can be.
And I don't think we know yet with Malone and TW.

We have to somehow control time of possession. The more that Auburn has the ball, the harder it will be to contain them. If we chew some clock on offense, I think Aranda is fully capable of keeping us in the game.

Not only that, but I think it is crucial for LSU to play with a lead this game.
1. We are not built to come from behind
2. Auburn will begin to milk the clock big time
We have got to get off the field on third down this game. That's been killing us

Getting Herron back will help. We'll actually be able to maintain a normal DL rotation for the first time this season.

Players have to make plays!......The Tigahs missed some tackles last Saturday!!!!

Ed n Rashard banged up. Not a good sign

Getting Herron back is going to be hugeeeeeeee

Comes down to scoring more points. Doubt 17 will be enough.

If he can figure out a way to force Stidham to throw it we've got a chance.
I don't think we'll be able to shut down the run though.

For whatever reasons, it doesn't seem like Dave and the D have found a rhythm.

Intangibles will all have to be in LSU's favor to win this.
-Home field (not sure about turnout)
-Close calls go in LSU's favor
-Unforced mistakes by Auburn (i.e. missed extra points...had to throw that one in there)
Etc.

Blitz Stidham till he cracks. Send that GD BEAST Devin White after Stidham every damn play! Break that pusssy

We'll need all of that and a shutdown defense to make this a game. Moo St was not an aberration. This Auburn team I believe is that much better right now.

With this horrendous QB play, Aranda's defense would need a shutout.
